Foliage Trains this Autumn
While no one wants to think about autumn yet, it’s important to note that all the gustatory and scenic pleasures of riding the Champlain Valley Dinner Train doesn’t stop when summer comes.
Just in time to celebrate Vermont’s fabulous foliage, train services move down to Chester and expand. Leaf peepers take note: foliage tours run four days a week from Chester to Summit.
Afternoon excursions, lunch trains, Friday evening cocktails, and a Saturday dinner train are all options. If you have visitors coming this fall, consider taking them on the train, where all of you can not only chew, chew on a choo choo but also admire some breathtaking scenic vistas!
And if a special event is in your future or your company’s, passenger equipment is available year-round for chartered trips. Imagine an afternoon or evening on the rails to celebrate that special birthday, family reunion, or company party. The classic style of the vintage cars will create a memorable event.
