Toast a Carefree Season With Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Summer Cocktails

Pack the picnic basket or light up the grill for a family cookout at home. Whatever your plans may be, celebrate all the wonderful things summer brings with a special cocktail made with Smugglers’ Notch Distillery spirits. Drink responsibly and enjoy!
Smugglers’ Liber-Tea
- 1.5 oz Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 4 oz iced tea
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 1tsp honey
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and strain into glass with fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
Smugglers’ Freshie
- 2 oz Smugglers’ Notch Vodka or Smugglers’ Notch Gluten Free Organic Vodka
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Sumptuous Syrups Yellow Ginger
- 1 dash bitters
- Soda
- Fresh berries, optional
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Vodka, Sumptuous Yellow Ginger Syrup, lemon, bitters, and optional berries with ice. Shake and pour into Collins or large Old-Fashioned glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Smugglers’ Cucumber Martini

- 2 oz Smugglers’ Notch Vodka or Smugglers’ Notch Gluten-Free Organic Vodka
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 slices cucumber
- 3 mint leaves
Muddle mint and a cucumber slice in a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a fresh mint leaf.
Moroccan Rose Mule
- 1.5 oz Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Moroccan Rose & Grapefruit Vodka
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Splash of grapefruit juice
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Combine ingredients in glass, stir, and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Smugglers’ Gin and Tonic
- 1.5 oz Smugglers’ Notch Distillery Hopped Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- Splash of Sumptuous Syrups Lemon Basil syrup
- Lime slices for garnish
Combine ingredients in glass, gently stir, and garnish with a slice of lime.
