Four Sisters Aesthetic Medicine is a concierge medical aesthetic practice offering services throughout Vermont including locations in Middlebury, St. Albans, and Williston. Four Sisters was founded in 2021 by Elizabeth Rossetti, PA-C, and yes there are actually four sisters! After several years of practicing aesthetic medicine in the Burlington area, Elizabeth envisioned a different experience for her patients. The cornerstone values of Four Sisters include providing safe consistent results, accessibility through its three locations, and delivering an elevated aesthetic experience without a pretentious feel. 

Elizabeth Rossetti is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in both internal medicine and surgical specialties. In 2010, she obtained certification in advanced Botox and Dermal Fillers while she practiced in Phoenix, AZ. Over the years, she has built on this base knowledge to become a Master Injector through Allergan Medical Institute and is a peer-to-peer trainer for Merz Aesthetics. Four Sisters offers an expansive portfolio of innovative nonsurgical aesthetic services including facial rejuvenation, cosmetic injections, vein treatments, laser hair removal, skin care and more

Last year, Elizabeth invited her youngest sister, Elise Benjamin, RN to join the practice as an aesthetic injector and skin care specialist. Elise is a registered nurse certified in both advanced Botox and dermal filler injections. With her versatile clinical background and attention to detail, she offers comprehensive consultations and personalized treatment plans to both men and women. Elise also works part-time at the University of Vermont Medical Center specializing in obstetrics and Labor & Delivery. 

 Four Sisters is a family business. Elizabeth and Elise acknowledge family as the driving force of their success and friendship as the fuel that keeps it going. “After years of working for others who did not value extended family as much as we do, it was important to make this the central theme of our business. I want your first impression of Four Sisters to be one of joy, laughter, acceptance, and authenticity,” says Elizabeth.

Cosmetic injections require maintenance with quality preventative skin care, which is why their three locations are strategically located within spas known for professional skincare treatments and products. Tulip & Tonic in Middlebury, VT is owned and operated by Alexandria Spooner. Alexandria is a dual certified acne expert providing technology accelerated, educational salon and spa services, and clinically proven products. Revive Salon and Spa in St. Albans, VT, is owned and operated by Angie Benoit and Hilary Robitaille. Revive offers comprehensive skin analysis coupled with expert treatments and product recommendations. Revive and Four Sisters are partners in Laser services including hair removal and skin tightening. Cheeks Luxury Skin Clinic in Williston, Vermont is owned and operated by Anna Gilcris and Gena Boyden.  Anna and Gena provide celebrity level skincare products and treatment protocols to restore and maintain healthy radiant skin.
